Goldman Sachs Asset Management has appointed Claire Felgate as head of international, global consultant relations.
Based in London, Claire joins the firm as a managing director, bringing a wealth of experience from her previous roles at BlackRock and UBS Global Asset Management.
Claire began her career at Goldman Sachs before spending a significant part of her career at BlackRock, where she held various leadership roles in consultant relations (Emea), defined contribution and defined benefit sales. Most recently, she co-led BlackRock’s Emea consultant relations group.

Before joining BlackRock, Claire worked at UBS Global Asset Management, where she specialised in investor relations for their real estate division. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from the University of Cape Town and is a CFA charterholder.
Lauren Oakes and Patrick O’Donnell, global co-heads of consultant relations at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, expressed their excitement at Claire’s return to the firm, describing her as a “best-in-class collaborator, business-builder, and salesperson.”
