Assets in the Global ETF industry reached a new record high of $14.46tn at the end of September – beating the previous record of $13.99tn at the end of August.
According to a report from the consultancy ETFGI, the global ETFs industry gathered $164.74 billion in net inflows in September, bringing year to date net inflows to a record US$1.24 trillion.
Assets in ETFs increased 24.3% YTD in 2024, rising from $11.63tn at end of 2023 to $14.46tn.
YTD net inflows of $1.24tn are the highest on record, while the second highest recorded YTD net inflows was of $923.09bn in 2021.
Net inflows amounted to $164.74bn during September, which month saw the 64th month of consecutive net inflows.
