Swiss fund manager GAM has added an analyst to the research team of its credit opportunities strategy.
Anthony Giret, appointed by the fund’s manager Atlanticomnium, will be responsible for analysing corporates, with a particular focus on investment grade issuer debt.
Prior to joining Atlanticomnium, Giret spent seven years as a credit analyst at French credit rating agency Spread Research, where he predominantly covered corporate bonds in the European high yield market.
His appointment follows the hire last December of Yi Qian from Axa Group as credit analyst also on the GAM Star Credit Opportunities research team.
Based in Geneva, Giret reports to Atlanticomnium head of research Romain Miginiac.
