The quest for more personalised communication between asset managers and their investors is set to be the next issue to be discussed during a FundsTech webinar.
Global asset managers have been challenged by the need to scale and digitise their investor communications process and also remain compliant with various rules and regulations.This becomes more complex when it involves investors across multiple jurisdictions. In addition, investor engagement has become a much more important issue in recent years thanks to the rise of impact investing and stewardship.
The panel will discuss how technology could provide the answer to this challenge by enabling the necessary scale as well as the ability to provide a more bespoke and targeted communications process, covering performance reporting as well as sales and marketing.
