London-based investment partnership Findlay Park Partners has appointed Rose Vangerven, as Chief Executive Officer.
Vangerven succeeds Simon Pryke, who will assume the role of Executive Chairman. The changes will take effect as of April 2025, subject to regulatory approval.
She joined Findlay Park in 2019 as a member of the Investment Team, and as Responsible Investment Lead, becoming a partner in 2021 and has been part of the leadership of Findlay Park since then.
From 2022 Vangerven has also been Deputy Chair of the Independent Investment Management Initiative (IIMI), which represents over 50 specialist, entrepreneurial investment boutiques that are entirely focused on and aligned with the interests of their investors.
Simon Pryke, Executive Chairman designate and Anthony Kingsley, Chief Investment Officer of Findlay Park Partners, said: “Rose has made a significant contribution to Findlay Park since joining us in 2019 and has for some time been an outstanding candidate to succeed Simon as CEO.
