Fidelity International has enhanced its private assets team with two key appointments focusing on infrastructure.
Chantale Pelletier joins as global head of infrastructure equity investments, tasked with leading Fidelity’s infrastructure strategy and product development.
Emma Haight is appointed as head of infrastructure debt, responsible for developing infrastructure credit strategies and products.
Andrew McCaffery, global CIO, Fidelity International, said, “Within private assets, infrastructure assets have more than quadrupled over the last decade and are expected to keep growing at the same speed over the coming years.
“New dynamics driven by energy transition, mobility and digitisation introduce a multi-trillion investable market, and by expanding our expertise in this area, we are pleased to be able to offer our clients additional investment diversification.”
Fidelity International said that the moves underscore its commitment to offering diversified investment options in private assets, including real estate, private credit and infrastructure, as part of its strategic growth.
