Fidelity International has named Samantha Ricciardi as its new head of Emea ( Europe, Middle East and Africa), with effect from the start of March.
Ricciardi’s appointment follows Christian Staub’s decision to step back from his current role as Head of EMEA next year and transition into an advisory position.
Ricciardi joins from Santander Asset Management, where she currently serves as chief executive. She will take responsibility for driving the growth and strategic direction of Fidelity’s Emea business, and will be based in Madrid while spending significant time across the region.
