Dublin-headquartered law firm Dillon Eustace has made Shane Coveney a partner of its asset management and investment funds department.
Coveney, who joined the company in 2018, focuses on the structuring, establishment and operation of Irish-regulated investment funds.
He has a “particular expertise” in exchange-traded funds, Ucits and alternative funds, as well as advising on legal and regulatory developments affecting asset managers and fund promoters, according to the firm.
Dillon Eustace’s clients include Deutsche Bank AG and LaSalle Investment Management.
