The Citco group of companies has enhanced its online service, CitcoConnect, with features aimed at streamlining the capital raising and subscription process for fund managers and potential investors.
The platform, launched in 2018, has been upgraded to improve the user experience and optimise operations.
Potential investors can initiate their anti-money laundering and know your customer pre-reviews online prior to completing subscription forms using the platform’s smart form technology.
Additionally, a data pre-population function allows users to pre-fill forms with previously provided data. Upon completion, forms can be submitted for digital signing by authorised signatories within the CitcoConnect ecosystem.
The platform’s intelligent form wizard tailors questions to each investor, eliminating unnecessary queries, said Citgo group. It also said deal-time data validations and mandatory question controls aim to ensure accurate and complete subscription forms, reducing communication hurdles between investors, fund managers and administrators.
Furthermore, Citco group said CitcoConnect provides fund managers with access to detailed data room activity, including document-level and individual user usage, to help tailor engagement based on specific product interests.
