Capital Group, described as the world’s largest active asset manager around US$2.5 trillion of assets, has partnered with pan-European bank UniCredit, to offer the onemarkets Capital Group US Balanced Fund to the bank’s clients in Germany and Italy.
Through UniCredit’s onemarkets Fund range, Capital Group is offering the fund through a strategy based on Capital Group’s American Balanced strategy – one of the oldest and largest US multi-asset strategies in the world, the firm said, and which has assets under management of around $214.7 billion.
The fund invests in the world’s largest equity and fixed income markets with a focus on the US. It is designed to deliver a balance of capital preservation, current income, and long-term growth of capital and income.
The strategy is managed by 12 portfolio managers.
The onemarkets fund suite was launched in October 2022 and consists of funds developed inhouse and through partnerships with asset managers.
