US investment management firm Capital Group has appointed Julie Dickson to its London-based European team.
Dickson will assume the role of investment specialist and joins Capital Group from Ashmore Group, where she was client portfolio manager, responsible for formulating and representing the firm’s equity investment strategies in emerging and frontier markets.
Previously, she held senior investment roles at Aviva Investors, Axa Rosenberg and Barclays Global Investors.

“Her appointment also comes as we seek to increase access to Capital Group’s investment specialist expertise for our clients across the continent, and a tangible sign of our commitment to and confidence in our European business.”
