BlueBay Asset Management has boosted its business development team by hiring Komelis Buursma as director of business development.
Buursma will report to the firm’s head of Northern Europe, Viola Patock and will be based in Amsterdam covering the Benelux region.
Prior to BlueBay, Buursma was director of institutional relations in The Neterlands and held similar roles at NN Investment Partners, PGGM Investments and ING Real Estate Investment Management
