Infrastructure manager Ancala has expanded its asset management team through the appointment of Frederick Pierru as a Director.
Pierru has more than 25 years’ experience working in the infrastructure and energy sectors, most recently as CEO of Marverde Infraestructura, a KKR-backed company which specialised in the sale and leaseback of energy infrastructure assets.
During his seven years at Marverde he supervised all aspects of the business including set-up, project finance, legal, tax and accounting management and compliance.
Before that he worked for Boston Consulting Group for six years where he was focused on M&A and business strategy within infrastructure, energy and industrial sectors.
