French asset manager Amundi has made a triple appointment across their ESG and advocacy functions.
Joining the firm is Alice Sireyjol as deputy head of ESG development, Edouard Dubois as head of voting, and Hélène Champollion-Morel as head of advocacy.
Prior to joining Amundi, Sireyjol was a senior manager in the consulting firm EY in Paris. As a sustainability specialist, she advised companies from various sectors to decrease their environmental impact through areas such as reorganising the supply chain.
During her career, Sireyjol also contributed to initiatives such as the Taskforce on Nature Related Disclosures and Value Balancing Alliance.
Dubois has been appointed head of proxy voting within the ESG research, engagement and voting team. Prior to joining Amundi, Dubois had been advising issuers and investors on their engagement practices since 2019, first as a partner in the consulting firm SquareWell Partners, and then as head of stewardship and engagement at ISS ESG.
Dubois began his career in France where he worked as a corporate governance analyst at ISS and then at BNP Paribas Asset Management.
Champollion-Morel joins Amundi from Mirova, the affiliate of Natixis Group focused on sustainable investing, which she joined in 2015, before being appointed head of communications in 2017.
She had previously joined Natixis CIB in 2011, where she spent four years working in the sectoral coverage analysis team. Prior to this, she worked two years as a financial journalist with the Leaders League group from 2010.
She began her career in 2007 at Deloitte Financial Advisory, as an analyst in the valuation and modelling team.
