Paris-based Amundi, the largest European asset manager, has launched a European Long-term Investment Fund (Eltif) which will invest in European private markets.
The evergreen fund, dubbed Amundi Prima, will target diversified investment opportunities through a flexible allocation between private equity, private debt and infrastructure.
The new fund, classified as Article 8 under the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR), has a minimum investment threshold of €1000 and conditional quarterly redemption windows.
The fund is now available for investors in Luxembourg, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden and the UK.
