Paris-based asset manager Amundi has launched two equity Ucits ETFs.
The first replicates the MSCI USA Mega Cap Select Index, providing exposure to MSCI USA Index stocks with a market capitalization above $200Bn, weighted by market value. This ETF is aimed at investors seeking to capture the growth potential of U.S. mega-cap stocks, including the so-called “Magnificent Seven”.
The second offers exposure to the MSCI USA Index while excluding the components of the MSCI USA Mega Cap Select Index. This allows investors to diversify their U.S. exposure and reduce correlation with the performance of U.S. mega-cap stocks.
Benoit Sorel, Global Head of ETF, Indexing and Smart Beta at Amundi, said: “These new ETFs enable investors to fine-tune their U.S. equity exposure by adjusting their allocation to the mega-caps that dominate the U.S. market. With these complementary solutions, Amundi continues to meet client demand by providing even greater precision in their allocations.”
