Allspring Global Investments has launched a new global equity strategy within its Luxembourg-domiciled Ucits range, expanding its systematic equities offering for European investors.
The Allspring (Lux) Worldwide Fund – Global Equity Fund aims to provide a systematic core global equity approach, targeting long-term capital appreciation while maintaining disciplined risk management across market cycles.
The strategy uses proprietary quantitative models combined with fundamental validation to identify companies with attractive valuations, quality characteristics and positive momentum signals. It aims to generate excess returns relative to the MSCI All Country World Index, with a broadly diversified portfolio constructed through active stock selection and risk controls.
The fund is managed by Allspring’s Systematic Core Equity team, focusing on enhanced index and high-conviction equity strategies.
The vehicle is being rolled out to investors across multiple European markets, including Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Portugal and the UK. It will also be made available in Switzerland and selected Asian markets in the coming months.

“Our Global Equity Fund is designed to serve as a true core allocation for global equity portfolios”, said John Campbell, CFA, senior portfolio manager of the Global Equity Fund and head of Allspring’s Systematic Core Equity team. “By targeting bottom-up alpha whilst actively managing macro and fundamental risks, the strategy aims to deliver a smoother excess return profile across different market environments”.
