Investment manager AllianceBernstein has appointed Stefan Behring as head of the Nordic Region, effective today.
Based in Stockholm, he will lead the firm’s client activity across the Nordic markets.
Behring has joined with over 20 years of asset management experience, most recently as head of the Nordic Region at Invesco. He previously held roles at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, advising institutional clients across the Nordics, and earlier led Invesco’s Nordic business.
AllianceBernstein said Behring’s extensive experience in client engagement and capital raising positions him to drive growth and strengthen partnerships across the region.
Behring holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Linköping University in Sweden, and has also studied at Leopold-Franzen Universität in Innsbruck, Austria, and the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia. He is a CFA charterholder.
