The Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (Alfi) has appointed Corinne Lamesch as its new deputy CEO and general counsel, effective September 16, 2024.
Lamesch began her career as a lawyer in 1998, working with law firms such as A&O Shearman and Clifford Chance. For the past 16 years, she has held key positions at Fidelity International, including conducting officer of its Luxembourg-based management company from 2015, and Luxembourg country head from 2017.
In addition to her professional career, Lamesch has long been committed to the development of Alfi, having served as a board member since 2017, and as chairperson from June 2019 to June 2023. She was also a driving force behind the Luxembourg Women in Finance Charter, launched in 2023, which aims to promote gender diversity within Luxembourg’s financial sector.
