Vishal Shah, chief technology officer (UK) at European-headquartered alternative credit manager Alcentra, will speak at FundsTech Forum 2025 on April 29 in London.
Shah leads the firm’s technology, data and operational development initiatives across all business functions. Since joining Alcentra as managing director in June 2023, he has played a role in shaping the firm’s innovation and digital strategy.

Prior to Alcentra, Vishal was partner and CTO at East Lodge Capital LLP, where he spent a decade driving technology transformation in support of investment operations. His earlier career includes senior technology and quantitative development roles at Morgan Stanley, etc.
Vishal holds a master’s in engineering in computing from Imperial College London and is a CFA Charterholder.
At FundsTech Forum 2025, he will share his insights on the intersection of technology, data and operations in the evolving asset management landscape.
