UK-based fund manager abrdn has launched an income equity fund which aims to tap into the investor interest in emerging markets.
The Emerging Markets Income Equity Strategy is essentially a replica of a UK-domiciled fund launched in 2012 and managed by lead fund manager Matt Williams.
The fund will now be made available to accredited and institutional investors in Singapore and professional investors in Hong Kong.
