ABN Amro Investment Solutions, the asset management company of ABN Amro Bank, has broadened its platform offerings for European investors with the launch of two new US equity funds in collaboration with Parnassus Investments and River Road Asset Management.
These funds, Parnassus US ESG Growth Equities and River Road US Dividend All Cap Value Equities, are sub-funds of the AMS SICAV, a Luxembourg-based open-ended investment company.
Parnassus US ESG Growth Equities focuses on responsible investing, and targets large-cap US companies with strong ESG credentials, aiming to outperform the MSCI USA TR Net Index . The strategy emphasises innovation and long-term secular trends, with around 40 well-researched holdings. The portfolio management team, led by Andrew Choi and Shivani Vohra, assesses companies for their sustainable competitive advantages and commitment to providing quality working conditions for employees.
River Road Asset Management, known for its value-oriented strategies, manages the River Road US Dividend All Cap Value Equities fund. This fund seeks out well-managed companies across the large, mid, and small-cap spectrum that generate consistent cash flows and dividends. The portfolio, benchmarked against the MSCI USA Value TR Net Index, invests in at least 40 holdings, targeting companies with market caps above $700 million and a positive dividend yield. The investment strategy incorporates a balanced approach across three components: core large-cap holdings, high-alpha small and mid-sized companies, and high-yielding stocks with dividends exceeding 5%.
European fund classification system expands
These funds will be available exclusively through ABN Amro Investment Solutions’ platform, catering to European investors looking for diversified US equity exposure. The collaboration with Parnassus and River Road reinforces ABN Amro Investment Solutions’ commitment to offering high-quality, responsible and value-driven investment strategies.
Both funds reflect the growing demand for ESG-focused and dividend-paying strategies, giving European investors new opportunities to diversify their portfolios in the US equity market.
