European asset manager Amundi has announced a series of senior management appointments across its real assets and alternatives division, Sabadell Asset Management — its Spanish subsidiary since June 2020 — and Fund Channel, the fund distribution platform jointly owned by Amundi and Caceis, effective January 1, 2026.
Alexandre Lefebvre has been appointed deputy head of real assets and alternatives at Amundi. Lefebvre joined the group in 1999 and has held a number of senior roles across operations, portfolio management and regional management. Most recently, he served as CEO of Sabadell Asset Management. His career has also included senior responsibilities within Amundi Iberia and Amundi London, within emerging markets and global fixed income.
Pierre-Adrien Domon has been appointed CEO of Sabadell Asset Management. Domon began his career at Natixis Axeltis in London before joining Fund Channel in 2009. He went on to hold leadership roles within Fund Channel, including CEO of its Swiss subsidiary, head of business development for the group, deputy CEO in 2019, and CEO from 2020.
Amundi launches its first tokenised fund
Michaël Martineau has been appointed CEO of Fund Channel. Martineau has more than 25 years’ experience across banking, finance and technology. He joined Fund Channel in 2009 as IT manager and subsequently held senior roles spanning operations, IT and product strategy. He served as COO from 2019 and was appointed deputy CEO – products, strategy and innovation in 2025, before assuming the CEO role in 2026.
In addition, Claire Chabrier has been appointed head of direct investing – private markets within Amundi’s real assets and alternatives division. Chabrier brings 25 years of private equity experience, having begun her career at Arthur Andersen before joining Societe Generale Asset Management in 2002. She joined Amundi Private Equity Funds in 2011 and most recently served as Managing Partner. She was president of France Invest between 2021 and 2023.
