Suntera Global, a provider of fund, corporate and private wealth services, has expanded its Luxembourg footprint by partnering with Qualix, a tech boutique services provider to alternative investment funds, corporates and private-wealth clients.
The Jersey-headquartered firm said the agreement enhances its capabilities across private equity, real estate and infrastructure, while also bolstering its offering for multinational corporates, global investors and high-net-worth individuals. Suntera described the partnership as a strategic step in broadening its pan-European platform.
Qualix provides domiciliation, directorship, accounting, tax, administration, payroll and liquidation services through a digitally driven operating model.
