Sarasin & Partners, the £17bn global thematic investment manager, has cited ongoing business growth in its decision to relocate its London office after some 20 years at the same address.
The manager will be the sole tenant of the building in the district of Marylebone, which it says is well placed for transport links and access to ancillary services including restaurants, hotels and retail to benefit both clients and those working there.
Guy Matthews, managing partner, commented: “After more than two decades at Juxon House, our business has outgrown our current office. This move marks an important milestone, allowing us to invest in our growth with a newly refurbished space designed to meet the evolving needs of our clients and colleagues.”
The announcement follows other recent developments, including the promotion of Tom Vernon as head of private clients, and the launch of Sarasin Managed Funds – a suite of risk-rated multi-asset solutions designed to offer greater flexibility and enable investors access to the widest possible strategic and tactical investment opportunities.
