Swiss international wealth manager Lombard Odier (Europe) SA has appointed Thomas Morley as chief operating officer (COO) of its UK business, effective today.
Based in London, he will report to Mark Goddard, chief executive officer of Lombard Odier UK.
Morley brings more than 18 years of operational leadership experience in the wealth management industry. As COO, he will oversee and strengthen the firm’s internal operations and work with the executive team to align processes with the group’s long-term UK growth strategy.
He began his career at UBS Wealth Management, where he held roles such as deputy head of Jersey operations and executive director, head of investment bank Emea & wealth management client onboarding in London.
He later served as a director in Ernst & Young’s wealth and asset management division before moving to Sarasin & Partners as deputy Chief operating officer, where he oversaw multiple teams and the firm-wide change agenda.
