Chris Cox has been named global Head of Investor Services at US-based bank Citi.
In his new role, London-based Cox will be responsible for Citi’s Custody, Fund Services and Execution Services businesses and will report to Shahmir Khaliq, Head of Services.
Cox previously was Head of Trade and Working Capital Solutions for Citi.
Chris brings considerable expertise to the Head of Investor Services role, having previously held the position of Head of Emea for Citi’s former Securities Services business.
He was also the former Head of Global Data, Digitalisation and Special Projects for Securities Services.
Shahmir Khaliq, Citi’s Head of Services, said: “Our Investor Services business is critical to our institutional investor clients. Chris’ wealth of experience will ensure that we are delivering a best-in-class proposition as we serve their needs more holistically.”
