Axa IM Alts has partnered with iCapital, a global fintech platform, as part of its plans to grow its investment offerings in the private wealth segment.
As a result of the partnership, Axa IM Alts’ wealth managers and their high-net-worth clients will have access to private wealth offerings via iCapital’s white label solution.
The partnership will initially start with Axa IM Alts’ global health private equity strategy with $500 million in assets under management (AUM).
Axa IM Alts and iCapital expect the partnership to expand in the future to include real estate, infrastructure and private debt offerings.
The partnership is seen as an important step in Axa IM Alts’ strategic expansion into the private wealth sector as it seeks to answer private investor demand for alternative asset class investments.
Marion Redel-Delabarre, Axa IM Alts’ recently appointed head of private wealth, is in charge of leading this expansion.
The Global Health Private Equity fund, which was launched in March this year, invests in companies offering healthcare solutions at accessible price points for global markets, focusing on innovation in medical devices, biopharmaceuticals, vaccines and diagnostics.
The strategy will be the first SDFR Article 9 fund on iCapital’s platform.

Axa IM Alts’ investment offerings will also be made available on fund distribution network Allfunds, a strategic partner of iCapital.
