SVM Global Fund’s board has appointed Henderson Global Investors as their new investment manager.
The company’s assets will be managed by Ian Barrass and Paul Craig.
Ian Barrass is head of Henderson’s private equity fund of funds business and manager of the Henderson Private Equity Investment Trust.
Paul Craig is director of Henderson’s multi-asset business and manager of the Cirilium range of multi-asset funds.
The appointment is subject to contract and shareholder approval.
