Bermuda-based financial services provider Apex has appointed Kavitha Ramachandran as Chief Executive Officer of FundRock LIS and Head of Third-Party Management Company Services in Luxembourg.
Previously Regional Chief Operating Officer, Kavitha will now leads FundRock LIS and coordinate Apex Group’s management company activities in Luxembourg, working closely with Etienne Rougier, Managing Director of FundRock Management Company.

Kavitha is a member of Apex Group’s senior and regional executive leadership teams and brings 30 years of experience in financial services. She joined Apex Group in 2022 following the acquisition of Maitland, where she held senior roles and established its Luxembourg third-party management company. She also serves on the board of ALFI and several Luxembourg investment funds and group companies.
