Luxembourg-based Fundcraft, a provider of digital fund operations, has appointed Craig Perrin as chief revenue officer.
Perrin joins from Metaco, a provider of digital asset custody infrastructure, and previously worked at custodian Standard Chartered.
According to fundcraft, under Perrin’s leadership as chief sales officer, Metaco secured high-profile deals with top-tier global financial institutions, positioning itself as a key player in the digital asset market before being acquired by Ripple in 2023 for $250 million.
In the fundcraft role, Perrin will oversee revenue growth initiatives as fundcraft expands across Europe and beyond. Fundcraft “continues to establish a strong foothold in the European fund administration market”, the firm said, now serving more than 25 asset management clients, managing over 210 funds on their behalf, and representing more than €8.1 billion in commitments.
Earlier this year, fundcraft held a successful €5 million Series A funding, which will help expand the firm into new asset classes beyond its current focus on venture capital, private equity and fund of funds.
Julien De Mayer, founder and CEO of fundcraft, said: “Craig’s addition to the team is a significant milestone for fundcraft. His vast experience and proven track record in scaling financial services companies and managing high-growth fintech ventures will be invaluable as we accelerate fundcraft’s next phase of development.”
Perrin said: “Fundcraft’s vision of revolutionising fund administration through digital solutions aligns with the growing needs of asset managers to reduce complexity and enhance transparency.”
