London-based private capital advisory Campbell Lutyens has appointed Hannah Gore-Randall as managing director of its GP capital advisory practice.
Based in London, she will report into Thomas Liaudet, Partner and Global Head of the division. The appointment comes exactly four years after Campbell Lutyens launched its GPCA service offer, advising GPs on equity stakes and GP M&A.
She brings nearly 20 years of experience in the alternative investment space, latterly as Managing Director of Alternative Finance & Head of GP Stakes at Legal & General.
In this capacity she led the deployment of minority stakes into a number of successful GPs, including Pemberton Asset Management, NTR plc, Proprium Capital Partners, and ImpactA Global.
She holds an MA in Geography & Management from the University of Cambridge.
Liaudet said: “As one one of the longest serving practitioners in the GP stake space, Hannah is a great addition to our team. With experience at the heart of the largest asset manager in the UK, Hannah brings expertise in strategy and execution, as well as insights into how alternative pools of capital are contributing to an increasingly diverse investment ecosystem.
“Minority and majority transactions for private market fund managers remains a specialist area, and one where Campbell Lutyens provides a unique breadth of perspectives and connections.”
