London-based sustainable investment manager Osmosis Investment Management has made multiple senior appointments, including the hiring of former Legal & General executive Fadi Zaher as its next chief investment officer.
Zaher, previously L&G’s head of index solutions, will join Osmosis on April 2, 2026. He is set to lead the firm’s next phase of systematic research and product innovation.
Silvio Corgiat Mecio has joined as head of systematic solutions, while Jason Lee will arrive on November 19, 2025 as quantitative developer and researcher. Fanggang (Royce) Yan has been appointed senior quantitative analyst.
Osmosis has also appointed Colm O’Brien, formerly head of LGIM Index for EMEA, as global head of strategy and client solutions. O’Brien joined the firm in September and will work with Zaher and the investment team to align Osmosis’s systematic research with the evolving requirements of global institutional investors.
