Funds Europe’s research arm, Funds Global Intelligence, has launched a survey exploring how real estate investment managers use technology and data to support their investment decisions and to assess how this may evolve in future.
The research, in partnership with Vistra Fund Solutions, seeks to understand how practitioners are responding as the industry is being impacted by increasing market complexity, changes to expectations among investors, and the accelerating pace of digitisation over the investment lifecycle.
Real estate investment management professionals are being urged to complete the short 5-minute survey and share thoughts on issues including: data quality, accessibility to data, and the types of technology being used currently.
As an anonymised survey, personal details will not be collected or passed on. There will be no attribution of responses or comments.
Findings will be aggregated to paint an overall picture of the use of technology and data in the field of real estate investment management.
