Investment management firm Brown Advisory has strengthened its international private client portfolio management team with the appointment of Tessa Pilkington.
Tessa brings more than 15 years’ involvement in financial markets with M&A, investment research and multi-asset fund management experience. She joins from Alti Global (formerly Alvarium Investments) where she was part of a team executing M&A transactions and capital raisings to grow the wealth management business.
Prior to this, Tessa held senior positions at Alvarium Investments, including leading the build out of the firm’s co-invest platform. She also held roles at ACPI Investments as a fund analyst and deputy fund manager on its Multi Manager balanced product and Rathbones, where she was an investment and equity fund research analyst. Tessa is a CFA Charterholder.
