ABN AMRO Investment Solutions (AAIS) has appointed Laurianne Melec as Chief Operating Officer.
As part of the role, Melec will be a member of the firm’s executive committee.
Melec has held several senior positions since she joined AAIS in 2013, and was appointed Head of Organization and Innovation in September 2023.
In this role, she was instrumental in automating processes, supporting the company’s growth, and driving innovation management.
François-Xavier Gennetais, AAIS CEO, said: “Laurianne’s deep understanding of AAIS’ operations, coupled with her hands-on experience in managing teams and implementing strategic projects, makes her the obvious choice to step into the role of COO.”
Melec holds a Master’s degree in Finance and International Trade and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from the University of Bordeaux IV.
