Legal and professional services firm Ogier has added an investment management expert to its Luxembourg funds team.
Herve Leclercq has been appointed as a partner in the funds team of Ogier Luxembourg.
He specialises in unregulated alternative funds and advises asset managers and institutional investors on legal and regulatory aspects of structuring, operating and marketing investment funds.

He has previously worked in Japan and Hong Kong and has experience of cross-border legal issues which will be of use in Luxembourg’s heavily cross-border funds market.
Leclercq will be joined by senior associate Amaury Francois and associate Laurianne Vessot who will similarly focus on legal and regulatory issues associated with fund structuring.
