Ogier Global, the corporate and fiduciary division of Ogier, has successfully secured fund services for VenCap International PLC and VenCap (Channel Islands) Limited (VCCI), enhancing its assets under administration by US$2 billion.
This includes 30 regulated and unregulated entities managed by VCCI.
VenCap, specialising in venture capital funds, has a history of investing in tech companies like Airbnb and Google.
Ogier Global’s team caters to investment managers across Europe, the Middle East and America.
