Sarasin & Partners has strengthened its model portfolio service (MPS) and private markets teams with two new appointments.
Edward Lloyd, previously at Quilter Cheviot, joins as senior investment manager to enhance the firm’s MPS, a multi-asset platform for financial advisers.
His expertise in managing investments for private clients, trusts, and charities aligns with Sarasin & Partners’ thematic, global investment outlook.
Jack Brodie joins the Sarasin Bread Street team as an investment analyst who brings experience from Cabot Credit Management and Boston Consulting Group.
The Sarasin Bread Street team, emerging from the acquisition of Bread Street Capital in 2022, focuses on private markets investment opportunities.
Sarasin & Partners said the appointments align with its strategy to leverage global trends such as digitalisation, automation and climate change in its investment approach.
The firm, catering to charities, private clients and institutions, emphasises identifying companies benefiting from these trends.
The new roles follow recent additions, including Alastair Baker as multi-asset fund manager and Cédric Phounpadith as head of investment risk.
