Global fund, corporate and family office solutions provider Altum Group has agreed to acquire Link Fund Solutions (Luxembourg) S.A. (Link Luxembourg) of the Link Group.
As a provider of third-party alternative investment fund manager and management company services, Link Luxembourg is authorised to deliver management company services to both alternative investment funds and Ucits within the EU.
The company is regulated by Luxembourg’s Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF).
Established in 2018, Link Luxembourg provides services to an institutional client base through offices in Luxembourg and Lugano, Switzerland.
The acquisition’s completion is subject to regulatory approval from the CSSF.
