Ossiam has expanded the firm’s Shiller-based ETF range with the addition of a global equities fund.
The Natixis Investment Managers affiliate has launched the Ossiam Shiller Barclays CAPE® Global Sector Value to be listed on five stock exchanges in Europe.
The fund will be listed on Xetra, SIX Swiss Exchange, London Stock Exchange, Borsa Italiana, and Euronext Paris.
The launch adds to the firm’s existing range of European and US-focused Shiller CAPE® ETFs, which collectively manage €2.6 billion of assets.
The Luxembourg Sicav seeks to deliver net total returns of a selection of developed market equities.
This primarily includes large and mid-cap companies in the Shiller Barclays CAPE® Global Sector TR Index.
The index is constructed on the basis of the cyclically adjusted price/earnings ratio, known as CAPE® and developed by Robert Shiller.
Bruno Poulin, chief executive officer of Ossiam, said: “By launching our latest Ossiam Shiller Barclays fund, we aim to offer global investors the advantages of a unique, sound methodology to take advantage of global equity sector rotation in a single trade.”
The fund has a total expense ratio of 0.65%.
The launch of the Ossiam Shiller Barclays CAPE® Global Sector Value is Ossiam’s most recent fund launch.
In October, the firm launched the Ossiam ESG Opportunity fund.
Global equities funds have also proven popular among launches by other firms. In June, iM Global Partner launched the iMGP Global Concentrated Equity Fund.
