Paris-based fund house Ardian has partnered with fintech platform iCapital, to drive access to its private market investment strategies.
The move is intended to both expand access to, and improve efficiency in, the alternative investing space for the asset and wealth management industries. Products created through the partnership will be available through Allfunds.
Ardian’s wealth manager clients will gain access to the firm’s suite of alternative investment strategies, tapping into markets across Europe, the Americas and Asia.
Private wealth currently represents more than $8.3 billion of the fund house’s assets under management, covering over 600 investors.
The firm said the move comes “amid a surging interest in alternative investing from the global wealth management community and their clients”.
In response to the ongoing demand for ESG integration when making investment decisions, the firm said it intended to assess general partner practices and actively engage with them to improve ESG integration in private investments.
