Scotland’s Kames Capital, part of Aegon Asset Management, has appointed Mark Ferguson as head of UK wholesale distribution, a role previously held by Mark Savage.
With over 20 years’ experience, he joined the firm in 2014 as a wholesale business development manager, working with key accounts across the North of the UK and Ireland.
Based in London, Ferguson will lead the asset managers UK wholesale distribution team as well as continue to manage the relationships with accounts across the UK and Ireland.
He will also join Aegon Asset Management’s distribution management team for Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
Ferguson’s predecessor Savage left the firm in May after 16 years to pursue opportunities elsewhere.
