HANetf, which describes itself as Europe’s first independent ‘white label’ Ucits exchange-traded fund (ETF) platform, has appointed the Irish corporate law firm A&L Goodbody as legal counsel.
As part of the appointment, A&L Goodbody will provide legal, regulatory and taxation advice to HANetf and its on-platform clients.
The moves comes as number of HANetf’s clients prepare to launch ETFs this year via an Irish-domiciled platform.
