Aviva Investors, the global asset management business of Aviva, has appointed Neil Snyman as head of liability driven investment (LDI).
Snyman will take up the role with immediate effect and will report in to Dan James, head of fixed income in London.
He is currently insurance LDI fund manager at Aviva Investors, a role he has held since 2009. Prior to joining Aviva Investors, he worked within the derivatives team at Santander.
With significant experience of insurance-related asset management, Snyman has training in matching assets and liabilities to deliver a positive return for clients.
As part of his new role, he will work closely with Mark Versey, director of client solutions and the rest of the Global Investment Solutions team.
