Deutsche Bank and Omega Advisors have launched the Ucits compliant DB Platinum Omega fund.
The new launch is managed by hedge fund veteran Leon Cooperman, who is also chairman and chief executive officer at Omega.
Cooperman will manage the fund with a long-biased equity long/short strategy. When selecting holdings for his portfolio he will mainly allocate to US mid and large caps.
