Banque de Luxembourg Investments (BLI), the asset management company of Banque de Luxembourg, has appointed Fabrice Kremer as its chief investment officer, effective 1 January 2027, succeeding Guy Wagner.
Kremer will be responsible for the firm’s macroeconomic analysis and become manager of the BL Global Flexible EUR fund, overseeing asset allocation while working alongside Marc Erpelding, head of asset management, and the wider investment team on individual security selection.
Wagner will remain with the business until the end of the year to support the leadership transition.
Damien Petit, chief investment officer of Banque de Luxembourg, will continue to define the bank’s overall investment strategy, which guides asset allocation decisions across client portfolios through the bank’s Private Banking Investments team.

Kremer has managed the conservative multi-asset fund of funds BL Fund Selection 0-50 since 2013. He has also chaired BLI’s asset allocation committee for more than five years.
After completing a master’s degree in economics at the University of Metz, he went on to obtain a postgraduate diploma in savings and financial investments at the University of Angers. He joined the multi-management department at BLI in 2006.
