Luxembourg-based investor services firm IQ‑EQ has appointed Frédéric Ullens as Managing Director for its Luxembourg business.
Ullens brings more than 25 years’ experience across the funds and private assets industry. He’s held senior global leadership roles for over 15 years, with responsibility for scaling international platforms, delivering sustained organic growth, and leading strategic integrations and acquisitions in highly regulated environments.
Prior to joining IQ‑EQ, he led a global private assets business at Caceis, operating across multiple jurisdictions and bringing deep commercial, operational and client centric expertise to his new role.
As Managing Director for Luxembourg, Frédéric will oversee the jurisdiction’s strategic and operational direction, drive financial performance and growth, maintain strong regulatory and risk management frameworks, and continue developing high‑performing teams aligned with IQ‑EQ’s values.
John Legrand, Deputy Group CEO and Regional CEO, EMEA, said: “Frédéric’s depth of global private assets experience and proven track record of delivering growth and leading complex organisations make him an excellent fit for the role. We’re excited to welcome him and confident he’ll play a key role in shaping the next phase of our Luxembourg business.”
