London-headquartered Fulcrum Asset Management has appointed Richard Banh as general counsel, who will report to managing partner Joe Davidson.
Banh joins from Fidante Partners Europe, part of Challenger Limited, which entered into a strategic partnership with Fulcrum in October 2025. He spent the past 11 years at Fidante as head of legal and compliance and chief operating officer of its UK office, where he led the development of the firm’s UK and EU operations within its multi-affiliate model.
Prior to this, Banh served as head of legal and compliance at Ellerston Capital Limited in Australia. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Simmons & Simmons in the UK and MinterEllison.
Banh will oversee Fulcrum’s legal function and support the firm’s strategic development. The company said his cross-jurisdictional experience will play a key role in driving its continued growth.
