Broadridge launches digital investor platform internationally

Broadridge, platformBroadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (Broadridge) today unveiled its international rollout of the Broadridge Communications CloudSM, designed to enhance digital investor communications by enabling financial intermediaries to provide improved customer experiences and data-centric insights. 

The platform manages various communications, including confirmations, statements and prospectuses. Designed to facilitate bidirectional communications, the platform also offers tailored experiences to potentially increase investor engagement and operational efficiencies.

According to Broadridge's '2023 Digital Transformation and Next-Gen Tech Study', over 50% of financial services firms prioritise digital transformation.

The Broadridge platform, which has processed billions of digital communications in North America, seeks to address this trend in the global investor services sector.
